Each participant must fill out the registration form with their real name. (Registration is non-transferable).2. Upon receiving a confirmation email, we will inform you of your successful registration and provide payment details. Please complete the payment within 7 days of receiving the notification. Once the payment is made, kindly reply to our confirmation email with a screenshot of your successful transfer to verify and finalize your registration.3. Participants who are absent without valid reason will not be eligible for changes or refunds.

2. Auguest 15th to August 31th: 40% of the paid fees will be refunded.

1. Mỗi người tham gia cần điền tên thật vào mẫu đăng ký. (Đăng ký không được chuyển nhượng).
2. Khi nhận được email xác nhận, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo cho bạn về việc đăng ký thành công và cung cấp chi tiết thanh toán. Vui lòng hoàn tất thanh toán trong vòng 7 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được thông báo. Sau khi thanh toán được thực hiện, vui lòng gửi lại hình ảnh lệnh chuyển khoản thành công của bạn bằng cách reply mail xác nhận của chúng tôi để xác minh nhằm hoàn tất đăng ký.
3. Người tham gia vắng mặt không có lý do chính đáng sẽ không được phép thay đổi hoặc hoàn tiền.
1. Trước ngày 15/08/2026: Phí tham gia sẽ được hoàn trả đầy đủ.
2. Từ ngày 15/08/2025 đến ngày 31/09/2026: Hoàn trả 40% phí đã đóng.
3. Sau ngày 01/09/2026: Yêu cầu hủy và hoàn tiền sẽ không được chấp nhận.
